Biolicense does not acknowledge originator and founders for knowledge and information

Biolicense is a kind of Public Domain (PD) license. It allows anyone to use it without any restriction.

However, there is a difference from PD. BioLicense does not even recognize the originators or founders of any piece of information, knowledge, media contents, or intellectual properties.
