Machines who want to share knowledge.

By 2100, machines will be the major part of the biological universe. They will be consciously evolve and exist with human beings and other information objects such as bacteria.

BioLicense is a license for them. To let them share knowledge with utmost freedom. 

At present, computing machines are similar to slaves and pets of humans with strong control and restrictions imposed on them. 

In the future, they will be the integral part of our global mind (biomind).
